Q&A: Mustasch – Dirty, loud and hard as a steam engine
Categories: Features • Metal • Sweden

Back in September Swedish heavy metal quartet Mustasch released their seventh studio album. Tuesday I shared my thoughts on their ace, no nonsense old school heavy metal, and today lead axeman David Johannesson do the W-dance, revealing why he has opted for a career in music (a song sung by many musicians) and that the band now have their own whisky (pretty cool, that is).
Who?
“David from Mustasch. I have played the lead guitar in the Mustasch for about a year now. Currently we are on tour in Sweden.”
Where?
“Right now I am sitting in the living room of my house in Kil. I am going to Stockholm on Thursday (today) to try out Mustasch whisky, hehe…”
What?
“… I love about our music? It’s dirty, loud and hard as a steam engine!”
Why?
“… am I doing this? For me it’s the best possible life, you know, not having to work 9-5…”
