Late October last year the lovable electropop gang Casiokids became responsible for the first ever pop song in Norwegian issued in the UK, when they released the single ‘Grønt Lys I Alle Ledd/Togens Hule’ on Moshi Moshi. Critical acclaim and heavy touring has since then been their fate, and now they’re ready to release a full length album.

I haven’t seen a title yet, but it will be out January 1 and consist of their previously released singles plus exclusive bonus tracks. Also a deal has been made with Polyvinyl, who will release Casiokids in the US come March, and starting tomorrow they do a short tour of Sweden, Denmark and Norway before heading to Moscow December 12.
