Monday October 27 EMI Music release a double Best Of album with legendary Danish electropop duo Laid Back. ‘Good Vibes – The Very Best Of Laid Back’ will as the first release ever feature all their greatest hit-singles plus rare 12” remix/extended versions, and a second disc containing the best remixes of Laid Back, among them DJ Disse’s ‘Happy Horse Mix’ (from the latest ‘Hotel Costes’ compilation) and a remix by Trentemøller.

To refresh everybody’s memory, Laid Back aka John Guldberg and Tim Stahl, are the ones responsible for among many other hits ‘Sunshine Reggae’, ‘Maybe I’m Crazy’, ‘Bakerman’ (check out the music video, directed by Lars von Trier) and not least ‘White Horse’, one of the most sampled songs in history. They’re still active and released their latest album, ‘Happy Dreamer’, in 2005.
