Friday the biggest Danish radio station P3 gave out their annual P3 Gold Awards which saw electro-rock quintet VETO pick up the main award and 100.000 Danish kroner (17.000 US dollars) for their second full length album ‘Crushing Digits’, while metal sensation Volbeat had the first single from their third effort ‘Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood’, ‘Maybellene I Hofteholder’, voted Hit of the Year by P3’s listeners.
