Directed by Daniel Larsson and produced by Thomas Tjäder from Addictive Alliance this cool video for Swedish metal act The Haunted’s track ‘Trenches’ (of their 2008 album ‘Versus’) has just won the award for Best Music Video at the Swedish short film awards Alfredgalan.

The video, with a young girl getting tricked to do evil, is brilliant – and how delightfully ambitious to have a film award ceremony acknowledging the music video as the small cinematic (master)pieces they often are.
